Our Story

Elijah & Jamaal's flower boutique was founded by two young African American men in 2023 by Elijah Binot and Jamaal Pearl. We go to Harford technical highschool and we attend the horticulture program. this business was made for our SAE project but we are very focused on making our customers happy.
